The owner brought us in to help with creating a Construction Team to complement his Development company.  We interviewed Project managers, Supervisors, Project engineers and more to assemble the right professionals to ensure project success.  

We have provided industry perspective to construction decisions as well as Development decisions.

Furthermore, we coordinate and attend weekly site visits and OAC meetings.
